A self-guided walking tour transforming the downtown of Durand into an Arts District celebrating Artists, Art, Dance, Music, Architecture, and Food. Meet the NRMI representative at the Pullman Baggage Car, Iron Horse Park, Clinton Street, Next to the Fire Station at NOON for your Treasures Along the Rail information packet including tour directions as well as other surprises. Because there are limited spots, you must get a ticket from the NRMI representative for a free caricature. The ticket will indicate that you are participating in the Tour!

Events include Railroad Exhibits in the Pullman Baggage Car including “History Connections: Grand Trunk Railway, Durand Roundhouse & the Titanic”; Free caricature portraits (limited time and number); Steam Engine #5632 open so that you can sit in the driver’s seat; Gate Tower open (if permitted); NRMI Choo Choo Bouncy House; Flea Market and Artisans Along the Centennial Walkway; Refreshments and other surprises.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EVENTS IN IRON HORSE PARK ARE FREE. IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A DONATION, THE MONEY WILL BE USED TO HELP RESTORE THE RAIL TREASURES IN IRON HORSE PARK.
